Why create a site on a guy dressed as a panda?

I work in the financial district of manhattan, almost directly across from the charging bull, a popular squatting spot for our favorite panda. On my many trips to subway, I would see the panda and think “creep status.”

But everyone’s got a story and I thought for someone to dress up as a panda, there’s gotta be something here.
